Connect

With regional independence as our theme, we seek to solve the various issues in everyday living, education, regional development, etc, through the region's own knowledge and innovation. We're conducting operations for mutual growth by connecting local community needs to university human resources/research seeds.

Regional Contribution Research

Hiroshima University is seeking topics (research topics) which those in the region would like the university to study. Those topics are announced on-campus, "research projects" are recruited, and an on-campus examination board evaluates the topics. Each year 10 are selected and researched for approximately 1 year. Research results are reported at on-campus presentations or through research reports.
