Certifies that you are a current student at the University

Health Certificates

Certifies the results of any medical examinations you have received during the academic year at the Health Service Center

If you are unable to have them issued using the machine because you need to have another examination, or if you require sealed copies, please go to the Health Service Center

Student Discount Certificates

Entitles you to a 20% discount for ordinary JR train tickets for use when returning home, seeking employment, etc.

Commuter Certificates

Those who use the JR lines, buses, boats, etc, must present this certificate to obtain a commuter pass

Only night course students are allowed to purchase commuter passes linking three points (from home to your place of employment to the University). A certificate issued by your employer will also be required

Certifies that you have participated in an activity contributing to society (volunteer activities, etc.)

As you will be required to attach materials showing the details of the activity at the time of application, you must first obtain a certificate from the organizer of the activity
