Carry your student identification card with you at all times as it proves that you are a student at the University. You will be required to show your student identification card in the following cases:
When you obtain an academic transcript, school certificate, student discount coupon, or health certificate issued via an automatic certificate issue machine
When you transmit or receive multimedia information via the Internet or other media or take courses on information-processing
When you use the University library or other facilities, including the Information Media Center
When you are required to show identification when submitting an application
When you purchase discount tickets or a student commuter pass for JR or other railways
Please Note:
If you lose your card, or if it is stolen or becomes damaged, you can have your card reissued at the Student Support Office of your faculty or graduate school. A 3 cm x 2.4 cm photograph will be required for your new card
Change your password immediately after receiving your new or reissued student identification card
Change your password regularly to ensure security
Do not share your password with others and take measure to prevent it from being stolen
