Students will be notified of announcements from the University via Momiji, an electronic message board, so be sure to check Momiji once a day. On the following occasions, however, announcements will also posted on the faculty and graduate school message boards:
Announcements made during the course registration period
Announcements for new students (attending in April) and transfer students (until the last day of April)
Announcements made when Momiji is not functioning properly

There are message boards and standing signboard locations provided for student use in various locations at each of the campuses. They can be used to share information about extracurricular activities.
Please Note:
Only post notices on the designated student message boards
Do not post information about part-time jobs. This is handled by the Career Center
Place standing signboards in the designated standing signboard locations only
Do not post notices in classrooms or on walls or windows
Do not post announcements on the blackboards or whiteboards in classrooms Be sure to remove announcements and standing signboards after an event is finished
