The INU Shadowing Program for Administrative Staff
- This program, which began anew in 2006, is a training program intended for middle and senior level university administrators, and aims to provide them the chance to learn about university administrative operations and governance by sending them to (1or 2) other INU member universities for 1-2 weeks.
- Training in Financing, Research Management, Human Resources, International Programs, Student Affairs/Student Support Services, IT Support, Library Services, Alumni, Fundraising, Community Commitment and other areas of university management is possible.
- Hiroshima University sent 1 International Affairs Bureau staff member to Malmo University (Sweden) for 1 week in April 2007. There are plans to send staff to various areas in the near future.
