The University Alumni Association
 

The Hiroshima University Alumni Association is made up of HU students, faculty and staff, alumnus, former staff, and other individuals or groups with deep ties to the university. It was established February 27, 2007 with the objectives of cultivating community and its development and is nicknamed "The Phoenix Club."
 

 
 
Alumni Association
 

The Alumni Association was established October 26, 1995 with the objectives of contributing to the development of each graduate association and HU, as well as to cultivate mutual friendship and support university education and research activities through close cooperation with each graduate association. It was known as the “Hiroshima University Alumni Union” until January 2002.
 

 
 
Alumni Association- Kanto Branch
 

The Kanto Branch of the Alumni Association was established July 13, 2005 and is composed of alumnus residing in the Kanto region. It carries the same objectives as the Alumni Association: contributions to the development of each alumni association and HU, as well as the cultivation mutual friendship and support for HU education and research activities.
 

 
 
The Hiroshima University Masters
 

Hiroshima University Masters was established December 2, 2006 with the objectives of deepening the mutual friendships and exchanges between members, as well as to support community cooperation projects conducted by HU and collaborate in building a town development suitable for the university. Nicknamed "HU Masters."
 

 
 
Overseas Alumni Associations

In order to strengthen our human network and to promote exchanges among returned HU international students, the establishment of Alumni Associations in Korea and China have begun. Alumni Associations will be further expanded in the future.
