Celebration for the 2011 Entrance Ceremony

On April 3rd 2011, the 2011 fiscal year Hiroshima University Entrance Ceremony was celebrated in the Higashi-Hiroshima Sports Park Gymnasium. At the start of the ceremony a silence was held in honor of the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake. Afterward, President Asahara delivered a message to the new entering students "I want you to bravely face and challenge college academics and life with high aspirations. I hope that your time at Hiroshima University will lead you to a meaningful life in the future." 3,749 students commenced on a new college life.
