On September 22, 2011 (Thur.) the Hiroshima University Fall Semester Diploma Award Ceremony was held in the Satake Memorial hall on Higashi-Hiroshima campus.
President Asahara awarded diplomas and certificates of completion to 221 people in total including 24 undergraduate students and 197 graduate students.

In the president’s ceremonial address he said “I wish for you to keep your aspirations high, become an important member that underpins international and local society and functions socially”

※The Fall Semester Diploma Award Ceremony is to be held starting from this fiscal year as a university activity due to progress in internationalization causing increases in fall enrollment and completion of foreign students etc. Previously, each faculty/graduate school etc would supervise their own degree/completion certification ceremony.
