About the application requirements of the Entrance Examination

     

The Official Score Certificate of TOEIC(R)L&R Test or TOEIC(R)L&R Test (IP) can be accepted during the application period to prove the English ability. (Only Official Score Certificate of TOEIC(R)Test or TOEIC(R)Test (IP) held on or after August 2017 is acceptable.)
The score of the certificate that applicants have to submit is as follows:

Program(field) Score required for application
Program of Health Sciences
(the fields of health sciences)
Each Official Score Certificate with score of 400 and more can be accepted
Program of Medicinal Sciences Each Official Score Certificate with score of 500 and more can be accepted

* Applicants who are applying for the Nurse Career Support Course(Master’s Course)in Program of Health Sciences (the fields of health sciences) and cannot submit any of it must take the written examination (Foreign language: Nursing English).

Application period: From Monday, July 29, 2019 to 5:00 PM on Friday, August 2, 2019, without exception
Announcement of successful applicants: Friday, August 30, 2019

Obtaining a copy of the Application Guidelines from the Student Support Group

Please come to the Student Support Group (Graduate Students), Graduate School of Biomedical and Health Sciences from 8:30 am to 5:15 pm on weekdays (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and summer holiday (between August 13 and 15)). Then we will give you a printed version of Application Guidelines.

Requesting a copy of the Application Guidelines by post

  1. Please prepare Self-addressed Stamped Envelope (33.2cm × 24.0cm).
    *Please affix a 250-yen stamp.
    *Write in your postal code number, address and name on the envelope.
  2. Please write your contact information (phone number or email address) in a piece of paper.
  3. Please prepare a self-addressed Stamped Envelope.
    *Please write the type of Application Guidelines that you request in red letters on the front of the envelope.
      Ex) "Graduate School of Biomedical and Health Sciences, ●● Course (Division of ●●) Request for Application Guidelines"
    *Please be sure to write your postal code number, address, and name on the back of the envelope.
  4. Please enclose the self-addressed stamped envelope (as mentioned procedure No.1) and the contact information (as mentioned procedure No.2) in the mailing envelope (as mentioned procedure No.3), and mail it to the following address.
