Organization and Student Capacity

Organization

In order to flexibly cope with the many problems concerning the remarkable progress and development of technology, it is necessary to acquire a wider sense of view and a broader range of basic academic ability. For this reason, the School of Engineering has reorganized itself to form a unified grouping system composed of four large groups as shown in the following Table. These are the 1) Mechanical System Engineering, 2) Electrical, Computer and Systems Engineering, 3) Chemistry, Biotechnology and Process Engineering, and 4) Social and Environmental Systems Engineering. The School was reorganized taking into account the already existing grouping system and arranging some of the undergraduate programs under the supervision of the separate Clusters.

Cluster 1) Mechanical System Engineering   [Student Capacity:105]

  • Educational program for mechanical systems engineering

Cluster 2) Electrical, Computer and Systems Engineering   [Student Capacity:135]

  • Electrical,Electronics,System and Information Engineering Program

Cluster 3) Chemistry, Biotechnology and Process Engineering   [Student Capacity:115]

  • Applied Chemistry Program
  • Biotechnology Program
  • Chemical Engineering Program

Cluster 4) Social and Environmental Systems Engineering   [Student Capacity:135]

  • Civil and Environmental Engineering Program
  • Vehicle and Environmental Systems Program
  • Architecture and Building Engineering Program
