G.ecbo Program held its 2nd annual general conference on Febuary 4th, which consisted of 2 sessions as mentioned above. In the first session, 6 intern students from 3 graduate schools made presentation regarding their experiences during their internship. We could recognize several developments in them as they could display their outcomes and experiences with confidence in their presentations.

In the afternoon session, Keynote speech and Panel discussion were delivered with reference to "Clinical Knowledge", which is a kind of approach to grasp phenomena in the basis of their contexts and interactions.

Although there is no doubt that the students have made a significant growth through their internship, it is quite difficult to indicate the extent of their growth explicitly. Thanks to our guest speakers and panelists, this symposium has given us all a good opportunity to learn the essence of seemingly-vague growth in persons and also to have a clue to explore possible approaches in order to capture such a growth.
