Phoenix Leader Education Program: Application due June 8, 2012 (17:00JST)



Hiroshima University is launching a PhD program titled “Phoenix Leader Education Program (Hiroshima Initiative) for Renaissance from Radiation Disaster” funded by Japanese Government.

The aim of the program is to foster global leaders who are expected to drive recovery from radiation disasters and contribute to establishment of a safe and secure social system of the century. It is a unique program to be carried out under collaboration with partners, such as international organizations including UN and IAEA, Japanese and overseas research institutes, and industry.

Students studying in the program will receive wide range of educational and financial support, in addition to free tuition. Information on admissions is available now.
