The Hiroshima University Center for the Study of International Cooperation in Education (CICE) will be holding the final reflective dialogue on the Asia-Africa University Dialogue for Basic Education Development Project, co-hosted by UNESCO's Higher Education Department, at the UNESCO Headquarters in Paris. The project is to promote educational development in sub-Saharan countries through dialogue and joint research between African and Asian universities. The project has been running for 3 years since 2005 with CICE as the project's executive office and in cooperation and collaboration with the United Nations University (UNU) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
