International Workshop - Summer Course 2009

HICEC (Hiroshima International Center for Environmental Cooperation)will focus on fostering global environmental leaders for sustainable development addressing the interrelationships between its ecological, social, economic and political dimensions. The workshop will use practical methods to advance knowledge and skills and to design strategies, tools, approaches and solutions to sustainable development, and will have participants engage in experiential learning through field visits to sites that demonstrate both degradation of the environment and approaches to environmental issues.
