The head of the delegation was Dr. Latipun, M.Kes, Director of Postgraduate Program. There were nine teaching and administrative staff who took part including Prof. Kamiya, the Phoenix program director. Three students from the Phoenix Leader Education Program also joined the session.

The University of Muhammadiyah Malang is a private university in Indonesia which has ten faculties, one graduate program, and two doctoral programs. There are over 30,000 students enrolled at the university.

At the information session, Prof. Kamiya, Program Director, gave a welcome speech to open the meeting. We followed this with an introduction about our program and then provided information about the admission procedure. Following this, three of our students gave short presentations regarding their research activities and experiences in the program. We ended the session by discussing the potential for enrolling some students from the University of Muhammadiyah Malang and the possibility of building a cooperative relationship in the future.
