Dual mentorship system

In addition to academic supervisors, moderators with diverse professional backgrounds, including individuals with experience in corporate human resources, research institute management, and entrepreneurship, provide direct guidance to cultivate doctoral professional skills (transferable skills). These moderators closely support students throughout their studies, from enrollment to completion, providing continuous mentorship and practical guidance from real-world perspectives.

Project-based learning (PBL) through interdisciplinary innovation classes [Required]

Moderators organize special classes based on each student’s area of expertise. Students from multiple disciplines work together as one team to engage in PBL activities. Through building networks with doctoral students from different fields and developing multifaceted perspectives, students cultivate problem-solving abilities.

Goal-oriented internships [Required elective]

To match each student with the most appropriate internship destination based on their expertise and interests, a supervisory group consisting of academic supervisors and moderators is organized. Through ongoing consultation that takes into account each student’s aspirations and future career goals, the most suitable placement is determined.
