Symposium “English Proficiency Levels: Vocabulary, Grammar and Writing”

at Hiroshima University in Higashi Hiroshima.
Everyone is invited. Entrance is free.
Talks will be given mostly in Japanese.

OUTLINE:

Many university students nowadays have various educational backgrounds and a wider range of English proficiency levels. It is essential to look at English proficiency levels from various perspectives in order to provide more effective lessons.
Three young researchers will address recent academic findings and the classroom implications from three angles:
1) Vocabulary, 2) Grammar, and 3) Writing.
