On December 7, School of Medicine received a courtesy visit from a delegation representing the Faculty of Medicine of Hasanuddin University, Indonesia.
Dr. Haerani Rasyid, Dean of the Faculty, and eight other members visited Kasumi Campus and met with our Dean, Prof. Awai Kazuo, Prof. Sakaguchi Takemasa, Vice Dean for Education, and Prof. Sakai Norio, Associate Dean.
The two universities signed an inter-university exchange agreement in December 1997, and since then have promoted academic exchange in a wide range of fields including medicine, biology, and engineering.
During the meeting, we shared opinions on future exchanges between the two universities.
We look forward that this visit will further promote the relationship between the two universities through the exchange of students and faculty members.
