要 旨 | In this talk I will present our recent work based on the magnetic structures and the associated magnetic properties of synthetic minerals containing divalent Co, Ni, Mn and Cu and tetrahedral anions, such as sulfate, selenate, molybdate, … etc. Our interests in these materials stem from the fact that they have 3-O bridges between metal centers that may introduce geometrical frustration in chain compounds and in 2D-triangular networks as well as 3D frameworks. On the other hand, several layered compounds have been studied and one of them behaves as single-layer magnet. In particular, the concomitant existence of short-range and long-range magnetic ordering will be presented as well as incommensuration of the magnetic structures. |
