Hiroshima University School of Dentistry signed the Memorandum of Understanding with the Faculty of Dentistry, Maranatha Christian University, Indonesia

On March 29, 2018, the signing ceremony was conducted between School of Dentistry, Hiroshima University and Faculty of Dentistry, Maranatha Christian University, Indonesia.

Maranatha Christian University was established in Bandung, Indonesia in 1965 by several Christian Church organizations. It is one of the oldest universities in Indonesia. Faculty of Dentistry was established in 2008. The school provides unique education such as interprofessional education.

In the signing ceremony held at Hiroshima University Kasumi Medical Campus, the memorandum was officially signed by Dean Prof. Koichi Kato from School of Dentistry, Hiroshima University and Dean Drg. Winny Suwindere, M.S. from Faculty of Dentistry, Maranatha Christian University in attendance of faculty and staff members and students from both institutions. Through discussions and opinion exchanges, they all agreed upon promoting future collaborative activities.

The Memorandum of Understanding will facilitate the mutual exchanges of students and staffs between the two institutions.
