This program aims to support the costs of events (such as lectures by prominent researchers, seminars and workshops) that Next Generation Fellows and Next Generation AI Fellows plan and organize under their responsibility and initiative, and to contribute to the development of the skills necessary for growth as researchers.

Application Form

• The project should be conducted by two or more persons. 
• Project representatives must be Next-Generation Fellows. Other team members can be any graduate student. *If you would like to add non-graduate students as team members, please contact the HU SPRING Office. 
• This program supports the costs of events that Fellows plan and conduct on their own. Events that can be considered as planned by their lab are not supported. 
• The grant amount per project is up to 500,000 yen, but the amount may be increased depending on the content of the project. 
• We actively support events with content that allows more students of Hiroshima
  University and other universities to utilize your research. 
• This budget can only be executed by Next-Generation Fellows and Next-Generation AI Fellows. It cannot be used for other members' expenses.
• Before filling out this application form, please prepare the following two documents in advance.

①Project proposal
The project proposal should include specific details of the proposed event (participants, venue, method, date and time of the event, etc.) in a one-page A4 document (any format is acceptable). When uploading to the application form, please use PDF files (maximum size 10MB).

②Budget estimate
Please download the Excel file and fill in the necessary budget information. When uploading to the　application form, please upload the Excel file (maximum size 10MB). The Excel file can be downloaded from the application from.
