Flow of Appointment and Consultation

For residents of Japan and short term visitors (including foreign tourists)

• Please note that we are unable to accept direct appointment requests (by phone or email) from first time patients.
• For first‑time visits, you are required to first consult a local medical institution and obtain a referral letter addressed to our hospital. Appointment arrangements can only be made through the referring medical institution.
• For travelers who wish to receive medical care, please visit a nearby medical facility instead of our hospital.
• If you reside in Japan without Japanese health insurance, or if you are a foreign national without Japanese health insurance, the fee structure will differ from the standard rates.
• You will be required to pay the full amount of medical expenses at the time of your visit.
• Our hospital does not communicate directly with overseas insurance companies. If you have private international insurance, please submit your claim yourself using the receipt provided.
