Summer Course: Development within a Low-Carbon World
HICEC will focus on fostering global environmental leaders for sustainable development addressing the interrelationships between its ecological, social, economic and political dimensions. The summer course will use practical methods to advance knowledge and skills and to design strategies, tools, approaches and solutions to sustainable development, and will have participants engage in experiential learning through field visits to sites that demonstrate both degradation of the environment and approaches to environmental issues.

Research Fellow Program
HICEC conducts the "Follow-Up Program for Young Researchers to Lead a Sustainable Asia". The Program accepts young researchers and graduate students, and give them an opportunity to perform research at Hiroshima University.
