Hiroshima University School of Medicine consists of Program of Medicine that trains physicians, and Program of Health Sciences that trains health care professionals such as nurses, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, in which both aim to nurture medical practitioners with national qualifications related to human disease and health.
Pursing the guiding principle,「Creative medicine spreading from Hiroshima to the world」, Program of Medicine strives to develop education that cultivates excellent medical experts capable of taking active roles in the international and local societies.
All the experiences that both those born/raised in Hiroshima and those from outside Hiroshima share the same time, teach and are taught, learn and are learned together at the School of Medicine, will offer them irreplaceable valuable experiences throughout their lives.
Taking pride of the experiences, we look forward to seeing future success of our graduates somewhere in Japan or the world.
