Hiroshima University has joined the Institutional Open Access Program (IOAP) offered by MDPI.

The program aims to promote open access to research outputs and support researchers in publishing their work. Under this program, researchers affiliated with Hiroshima University are eligible for a 10% discount on the Article Processing Charge (APC) when submitting articles to MDPI journals.

MDPI publishes a wide range of open access journals covering various academic disciplines. Participation in this program is expected to further promote the international dissemination of research outputs produced by researchers at Hiroshima University.

To be eligible for the program, researchers must register their Hiroshima University email address (@hiroshima-u.ac.jp) when submitting a manuscript. Please note that the discount will not be applied if an email address with a different domain is registered.
