At the Central Library, renovation work will be carried out on the toplight (skylight) and the glass surfaces on the south side in order to improve the indoor temperature environment. Heat-shielding glass will be installed.

• Rooftop toplight (skylight)

• Near the south-side glass walls on the 1st to 3rd floors
• Open atrium area on the 1st floor

• Seating near the construction areas may be unavailable.
• Noise will occur inside the library due to the construction work (especially during scaffold installation).
• Protective covering of the glass may affect natural lighting conditions.
• The extent of these impacts may change depending on the progress of the work.
