Overview

The Graduate Writing Group provides a series of intensive lectures on academic journal paper writing. We will meet each week for 90 minutes for a total of eight meetings over the semester. Each session will cover different aspects of academic writing, with time for discussion and focused writing. You will learn about practical skills for each part of a research paper (e.g., literature review, methods, results), and also gain experience in giving peer feedback and writing short peer reviews.

Meeting time slots:

• Tuesdays: 10:30 ~ 12:00 (from Apr 16 to Jun 18; skipping Apr 30 and Jun 4)
• Wednesdays: 10:30 ~ 12:00 (from Apr 17 to Jun 19; skipping May 01 and Jun 05) *Closed
