How to Make an Appointment

Please use the WRC system to make an appointment.

New Appointment

1. Register (First-time clients only)

First-time clients, please register in the WRC system.

Please go to the signup page and open an account in our system. You can also access the to signup page from the home page of the WRC system.

Fields in red are required. If you are a student, please include your student status.

2. Select a service

Please selec the service for which you would like to make an appointment.

3. Select date and time

Please select a date and time from the calendar.

Cancellations and Absences

If you need to cancel an appointment, please log in to the WRC system and cancel the appointment yourself. You can also email us at: https://www.hiroshima-u.ac.jp/en/wrc/contact. Please cancel your appointment as early as possible.

If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of the start time of your session, we will consider the tutorial canceled.

For Consultations on Academic Writing in English:

If you do not attend an appointment without notice more than two times per term (8 weeks)/holiday period, you will be unable to book further sessions at the Writing Center for three weeks after the last missed appointment.
