Society for Neuro-Oncology 22nd Annual Scientific Meeting and Education Day
Expanding the horizon of knowledge and learning novel things is of paramount importance to any graduate student and researcher. An opportunity to get first-hand knowledge from the very best is a dream. I received an opportunity to attend and present at the “Society for Neuro-Oncology (SNO) 22nd Annual Scientific Meeting and Education Day” held from 16th Nov 2017 to 19th Nov 2017 at San Francisco, California, USA.
I presented my research work at the SNO 2017 annual meeting which is focused on differentiating different types of brain tumors based on pre-operative Magnetic Resonance (MR) imaging. The results of my research work will help the clinicians to differentiate various intracranial tumors. Furthermore, my research results are easy to be adopted for routine clinical decision making. The opportunity to present my research work at such an esteemed conference boosted my confidence. Furthermore, I could get valuable suggestions regarding how to improve my research work and also on future collaborative research works with international stakeholders who were interested in my research.
Attending the Society for Neuro-Oncology (SNO) 2017 annual conference provided me with an excellent platform for interactive exchange between world-renowned neuro-oncologists and neuroscientists sharing a common goal. The interactions with the eminent figures in the field of neuro-oncology during the conference enhanced my ideas and I could acquire the latest informations which will definitely boost my efficiency and also contribute in my further research works. This will definitely benefit my educational and academic endeavor.
Hiroshima University supported my academic endeavor and provided me with an opportunity to be a part of international event which is highly appreciable. This has provided me with a platform to enrich my knowledge and explore future possibilities in the field of neuro-oncology.
