On May 13, 2021, 5 HU students tested positive for COVID-19. As cases rise across Japan, the government expanded the state of emergency to Hiroshima Prefecture. In some cases, the infection seems to have spread through dining/drinking settings. We ask all students to please thoroughly implement measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. HU will continue doing its utmost to prevent the spread of infection both inside and outside the university.
