Face-to-Face Reading Room

This room is for special support activities by faculty and students. Reservations are only accepted for special support activity purposes. (Use for preparation only is also possible.) 

*When there are no reservations for the day and other group study rooms are full, this room may be lent out as a group study room.

Capacity

Special support activities: 1-4 people
Same-day group study use: 3-4 people

Equipment

Audio-visual equipment (DVD, video, cassette), TV monitor, partition, chairs

Reservation Procedure

  1. Please check availability in advance by phone, email, or in person, and make a tentative reservation.
  2. Reception hours: Weekdays 9:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00
    After making a tentative reservation, please submit the "Central Library Facility Use/Reservation Application Form" to the Central Library counter by the day before your scheduled use date.

Notes for Using the Face-to-Face Reading Room

  • Staff can only provide assistance on weekdays from 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00.
  • Eating and drinking (except beverages in sealable containers), smoking, and mobile phone use are prohibited.
  • If urgent needs arise at our university library, usage conditions may be changed or usage may be suspended.
  • If users violate compliance matters, usage permission may be revoked, or usage may be suspended or not permitted thereafter.
