  （For a period of stay within 12 days, fees will be calculated by daily fee multiplied by amount of days stayed. For more than 12 days, it will be 123,000 yen.）

If the period of use is one month or longer, and the resident moves in or out in the middle of the month, the fee for that month shall be calculated by dividing the monthly amount by 30 and multiplying it by the number of days of use.
