AIMS/PEACE Program Orientation Session on July 18

On July 18, the AIMS/PEACE Program held an orientation session for students who will soon be studying abroad. The students will participate in the Tropical Agriculture International Program at Kasetsart University in Thailand and take courses related to subtropical agriculture with students from all over the world. The program will last for about 5 months from August to December.

At the orientation, Prof. SUZUKI Takuya, the vice dean of the School of Applied Biological Science (the chairperson of the International Exchange Committee) gave words of encouragement, followed by an explanation of some cultural differences between Thailand and Japan which the students will need to keep in mind after their arrival.
