広島大学大学院工学研究院　情報部門の栗田　多喜夫教授が、IAPR（International Association of Pattern Recognition）主催の国際会議 MVA2013（International Conference on Machine Vision Applications2013）において、The Most Influential Paper over the Decade Awardを受賞しました。

同賞は、2002年開催のIAPR Workshop on Machine Vision Applicationsで発表した下記の論文が、この10年で大きな影響を与えた論文であると認められ授与されました。
