平成30年3月5日，数理分子生命理学専攻　博士課程前期2年　渡辺崇人さんが，The 9^th Taiwan-Japan Joint Workshop for Young Scholars in Applied Mathematicsにおいて，Excellent　research　awardを受賞しました。

ワークショップは3月3日から5日にかけて開催され，渡辺さんは「Analysis of Sand Dune Dynamics under Unidirectional Steady Flow Using Lattice Boltzmann Method」と題して口頭発表を行い，非常に優れた発表と認められたため受賞しました。
