教育学習支援センターより、１・２年生対象の懇話会のお知らせをいたします。
広大生同士、普段の学習の悩みや気になっていることなど、なんでも気軽に話しましょう。

日時：２０２１年１２月１５日（水）１６：３０～１７：３０

会場：学生プラザ１階

内容：集まったメンバーで、学習・生活上の悩みから、普段気になっていることまで気軽に話しましょう！
　　　教育学習支援センターの学生スタッフ（大学院生）に相談することもできます。
　　　グループに分かれて、自由に話す時間をたくさん設けています！ 
 　　  ※新型コロナウイルス感染防止対策を講じた上で実施いたします。

定員：３０名程度（先着順）

なお、懇話会参加にあたり、新型コロナウイルス感染対策として、以下の点についてご理解・ご協力をお願いいたします。
　〇受付の際、検温を実施し、37.5℃以上の熱がある場合には参加をお断りさせていただきます。
　　また、当日、咳・咽頭通などの症状がある場合には参加をお控えください。
　〇会場では、必ず不織布マスクを着用していただき、手指の消毒をお願いいたします。
　〇懇話会中の飲食は禁止となります。
　〇新型コロナウィルスの感染状況によっては懇話会を中止する場合があります。
　　中止となった場合は、申込時にお知らせいただいたメールアドレスにご連絡させていただきます。

Dear HU students

The Center for Academic Practice and Resource will inform you of the social gathering for 1st or 2nd year students.

In addition, when participating in the social gathering, we ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the following points as measures against the infection of the new coronavirus.
　〇At the time of reception, we will measure your temperature and refuse
      to participate if you have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher.
      Also, please refrain from participating if you have symptoms such as coughing
      or pharyngeal passage on the day.
　〇Please be sure to wear a non-woven mask at the venue and disinfect your fingers.
   〇Eating and drinking during the social gathering is prohibited.
   〇The social gathering may be canceled depending on the infection status of COVID-19.
