Dear students at HU

Center for Academic Practice and Resources informs you of the social gathering for students, including the students in the first or second year, transfer students and Master and Doctoral students in the first or second year.
As you have started your life at the university, why don't you share with us about anything you may have questioned about, or any problems you may have with your regular studies?

DATE:November 1st(Tue), 2022, 16:30 -17:30

LOCATION:1F, Student Plaza, Hiroshima University

TARGET PARTICIPANTS:
 You can participate if you are in the first or second year, transfer students,
 Master and Doctoral students in the first or second year.

CONTENTS:
 Why don't you expand your personal networks with other students?
 Let's talk with the gathered members for your learning and life problems, etc.
 You can also consult with student staff (graduate students) at the Center for Academic Practice and Resources.
 We are planning to divide into groups and you will have a plenty of free time to chat!
 ※ This event will be held after taking measures to prevent infection with COVID-19.

Capacity:about 30 students (First-come-first-served basis)

〇At the time of reception, we will measure your temperature and refuse to participate if you have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher. Please also refrain from participating if you have symptoms such as coughing or pharyngeal passage on the day.

〇Eating and drinking during this social gathering is prohibited.
