Face-to-face consultations are available at any time during the hours listed above. There is no need to make an appointment in advance. Please come directly to the 1st floor of the Student Plaza.

Consultation by e-mail is also available. First, please fill out the "Application Form for Consultation on Education and Learning" below. After your inquiry is received, a student staff member will reply to you by e-mail.

You can also consult directly with the faculty in charge of each subject for 5 subjects including Biology in addition to Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English supported by the student staff of the Center for Academic Practice and Resources. Please check here for more details.

The Information Media Cente provides learning support for information subjects by academic assistants.
