The International Peace and Co-existence Program will change its General selection admission process from October 2025 and April 2026 enrollment. Click here to view our advance notice. For details of examination process, please refer to the application guidebook which will be released in May 2025.

Special Selection for International Students
 

Special Selection for International Students is ONLY applicable for non-Japanese citizen residing outside of Japan. Non-Japanese applicants residing in Japan should apply for the General Selection. 

To apply for “Special Selection for International Students,” please obtain provisional consent of your prospective academic advisor through HU-IAO before submitting your application.
