HU has concluded exchange agreements with universities and institutes in many countries and regions around the world. Based on these agreements HU actively promotes academic and student exchange, and friendly relationships with our partner universities. The International Center is the intermediary for this kind of activity. Our schools and graduate schools have also concluded department level agreements with their counterparts around the world supported by the International Center.

  In order to further international exchange, HU is continuing to establish overseas bases in various countries and regions around the world. The International Center acts as an intermediary and supports the operation of these bases.

  HU is an executive member of the International Network of Universities (INU) and promotes researcher and staff exchange. The International Center supports organizing Student Seminar on Global Citizenship and Peace, Master’s Summer School, and Double-Degree Programs in cooperation with about 10 member universities.
