Educational content in obstetrics and gynecology is intended to impart an understanding of topics including pregnant and parturient women and the pathology, diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases through lectures.
Obstetrics imparts correct knowledge particularly regarding pregnancy and childbirth, which are major events in women’s lives, and teaches about anomalies during pregnancy and labor. Gynecology teaches about topics including anatomy, the endocrine environment, and neoplastic lesions.
