Our recent publications are as follows, “Suppressyn localization and dynamic expression patterns in primary human tissues support a physiologic role in human placentation”(Sugimoto et al, Sci Rep, 2019), “Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase and trophoblast invasion in caesarean scar pregnancy: Implications for the aetiopathogenesis of placenta accreta spectrum” (Kudo et al, J Reprod Immunol, 2019), “Regulation of REG4 Expression and Prediction of 5-Fluorouracil Sensitivity by CDX2 in Ovarian Mucinous Carcinoma” (Koh et al, Cancer Genomics Proteomics, 2019)
In 2019, research on “transport mechanism of nicotine and effect on nutrient transport system in placenta” was evaluated, and Dr. Takako Sadakane was awarded excellent presentation award at the 43rd Annual meeting of the Japan society for study of Women’s Nutrition and Metabolism.
In addition, we are now conducting clinical research on "prediction of the onset of preeclampsia using sFlt-1/PlGF ratio" and are collaborating with Dr. Sofia Cerdeira of Oxford University.
