本調査は、「博士学生・人材の経験・能力等の可視化」をテーマに実施するものです。皆様からの貴重なご意見・実態を伺うことで、以下の目的を達成し、その結果を博士人材関連業界、産業界、社会に向けて情報発信することを目的としています。

・博士学生（外国人留学生含む）の研究・生活の実態を把握し、類型化する。
・新SPRING事業等の最新の博士学生助成が、研究スタイルや意識、キャリア志向等に与える影響を把握する。
・博士人材が、博士後期課程で得た知識・スキル・経験を現在のキャリアでどのように活かしているかを把握する。
・産業界に対し、博士学生の現状や博士人材の貢献可能性を分かりやすく言語化し、橋渡しを行う。

By listening to your valuable opinions and understanding your actual situation, we aim to achieve the following goals and share the findings with the doctoral talent industry, industrial sectors, and society:・Understand and categorize the research and living conditions of doctoral students (including international students).
・Analyze the impact of the latest doctoral student support programs, such as the New SPRING Program, on research styles, mindsets, and career orientations.
・Identify how doctoral talent utilizes the knowledge, skills, and experiences gained during their programs in their current careers.
・Bridge the gap with the industrial sector by clearly articulating the current status and potential contributions of doctoral talent.

株式会社アカリクと株式会社三菱総合研究所未来共創イニシアティブによる共同研究プロジェクトの一環として実施されます。

This survey is conducted as part of a joint research project between Acaric Co., Ltd. and the Mitsubishi Research Institute (MRI).

・現役の博士学生（外国人留学生、社会人学生を含む）
・企業等（大学教職員を含む）に勤務する博士人材（博士号取得者、博士満期退学者・博士後期課程在籍経験者を含む）

・Current Doctoral Students (including international students and working/professional students).
・Doctoral Talent working in companies or other organizations (including university lecturers, and PhD holders, those who left after completing coursework, or those with doctoral program experience).

〇回答の秘密保持と個人情報の取り扱いについて
本アンケートへご回答いただいた内容は、統計的に処理し、個人を特定できる情報は一切含めずに集計・分析いたします。特定の回答者が識別できる形で、第三者に情報が公開されることは一切ございません。本研究の成果（回答者個人を特定する情報除く）は、監修者の研究活動および博士学生キャリア支援業務の範囲で利用される場合があります。
〇調査結果の公表と利用
本調査で得られた結果は、株式会社アカリクと株式会社三菱総合研究所 未来共創イニシアティブが共同で分析し、博士人材関連業界、産業界、社会に向けて情報発信や提言を行うために活用されます。また、両者および三菱総合研究所 未来共創イニシアティブ会員（大学、事業者等）との共創活動の促進に役立てる予定です。

○Confidentiality and Handling of Personal Information
Your responses will be processed statistically. Data will be aggregated and analyzed without including any information that could identify an individual. Information will never be disclosed to a third party in a way that identifies a specific respondent. The results of this research (excluding identifiable information) may be used within the scope of the supervisors' research activities and doctoral student career support services.
○Publication and Use of Survey Results
The results obtained from this survey will be jointly analyzed by Acaric Co., Ltd. and the MRI-ICF. They will be used to provide information and recommendations to the doctoral talent industry, industrial sectors, and society. Furthermore, the results will help promote co-creation activities between both parties and the members of the MRI-ICF (universities, businesses, etc.).
