The 3rd HU Student' Meeting primarily aims to provide a space for all students to interact with one another! Center for Academic Practice and Resources (CAPR) will announce that we hold a social gathering, “HU Student' Meeting (3rd)” for students.  

This event is a great opportunity for students to get to know each other. We invite all the students who want to expand their circle of relationships, have worries and anxieties, or have questions they want to ask the graduate student staff at CAPR.

 Tuesday, October 20th, 2026, from 2:40 PM to 3:40 PM

1F, MIRAI CREA, Higashi-Hiroshima Campus Hiroshima University / In-person

〇Contents:
In the event, participants will be divided into groups of 4 to 5 people (students + student staff). They will interact with each other through various topics. Participants can talk about anything from daily topics to problems in their studies and daily lives. Additionally, they can discuss their worries and concerns with the graduate student staff.

〇Language: English

〇Participants: Hiroshima University students (including graduate students)
※ Priority will be given in the following order:  
(1) students who enrolled in October 2026,  
(2) students who enrolled in April 2026, and  
(3) all other students.  
Within each priority group, applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

〇Capacity: Approximately 40 people
