Applying for Consultation
When you would like to receive consultation, you can go to the counter of your chosen library directly, or submit the following form.
Response to your Request
Requests for consultation submitted via the application form will be responded to through email or "online". Online responses are given via MS Teams. After a date and time has been chosen for online consultation, you will be sent a connection URL by email.
Who can use consultations: Hiroshima University students and faculty/ employees
Consultation session duration: 1 consultation is up to 30 minutes
Available times: Weekdays from 9:00-12:00, and 13-16:30 *Except the morning of the 3rd Thursday of every month
Please note that the content of the questions and answers received may be registered and published in the Reference Cooperative Database (National Diet Library) after being edited and processed in such a way that the requester cannot be identified.
