先端物質科学研究科　半導体集積科学専攻　博士課程前期を今年3月に修了した林将平さんが，在学中の2010年7月5日～7日に開催されたAM-FPD'10（The Seventeenth International Workshop on Active-Matrix Flatpanel Displays and Devices -TFT Technologies and FPD Materials-）において発表した研究発表が評価され，Student Paper　Award を受賞しました。
