大学院先端物質科学研究科　半導体集積科学専攻　修了生の平野友貴さんが，2019 International Conference on Solid State Devices and Materials (SSDM2019)において発表した「Development of High Yield Layer Transfer Process of Single Crystalline Silicon Thin Film on Plastic Substrate and Its Application to Floating Gate Memory Fabrication」が特に優秀と認められたものです。
