(Important) Change of 2020 Graduate School of Advanced Science and Engineering Orientation Schedule

We informed that the new student orientation of the Graduate School of Advanced Science and Engineering will be held at Satake Memorial Hall on Monday, April 6, but will be canceled due to the spread of the new coronavirus.

 We will hand out student IDs, etc. at the program guidance, so please check the schedule and attend to the guidance. Also please check the following points when attending.

・ Wearing a mask (If you do not have one, please contact the program support room on the day)
・ Hand wash with antiseptic solution (to be installed)
・ If you have symptoms such as a cold, you will not be able to participate. Please contact the Program Support Office.

  HU has decided to cancel the Entrance Ceremony, which was originally scheduled for April 3, 2020.
