Regarding Orientation for Newly-enrolled International Students in October 2020

In light of preventing the spread of COVID-19, the orientation for newly-enrolled international students in October 2020 will not be held in in-person meeting style. Instead, the orientation will be conducted in the style of distributing all the necessary information and materials in the newly established webpage in the website of the Graduate School of Advanced Science and Engineering. The new webpage will be open from October 1. Please be sure to go to the webpage and make sure of the relevant information and materials by yourself.

Please also find that your student ID Card and Student Handbook will be distributed in the respective Support Office.

Besides, consultation on information specific for each Program and your research plan should be held in each laboratory. Please follow the instruction of your academic supervisor.
