The 2nd HU Student' Meeting primarily aims to provide a space for all students to interact with one another! Center for Academic Practice and Resources (CAPR) will announce that we hold a social gathering, “HU Student' Meeting (2nd)” for students.
This event is a great opportunity for students to get to know each other. We invite all the students who want to expand their circle of relationships, have worries and anxieties, or have questions they want to ask the graduate student staff at CAPR.
Date and time: Thursday, July 3rd, 2025, from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM
Place: 1F, Student Plaza, Hiroshima University
Contents:
“HU Student' Meeting (2nd)” mainly aims to provide an opportunity for all students to interact with other new students and expand their circle of relationships. Every year, many new students participate in this event!
In the event, participants will be divided into groups of 4 to 5 people (students + student staff). They enjoy icebreaker and free talks (e.g.What surprised you when you came to Hiroshima University?). Participants can talk about anything from daily topics to problems in their studies and daily lives. Additionally, they can discuss their worries and concerns with the graduate student staff.
○Participants: All students of Hiroshima University (undergraduate students and graduate students)
○Capacity: Approximately 30 people (on a first-come, first-served basis)
○How to apply: Those who wish to attend should apply for participation via the URL provided below. The deadline for applications is 12:00 PM on Wednesday, July 2nd.
