Before leaving, please download the form, fill it out, and submit it to the respective office of your faculty or graduate school. We will send university event information and more to the address provided. Former international students who did not submit the form before leaving are requested to send it to the following email address: inquiry“at”office.hiroshima-u.ac.jp (Please replace “at” with @).
